CHILD & ADOLESCENT INTAKE

Child Intake (child + parents) - 75 minutes

*In the first session, the first 30-35 minutes is focused on the child perspective. The next session focuses on the parent perspectives. In the final 10-15 minutes, we will discuss the treatment plan together.

Adult Intake- 65 minutes

This initial interview is geared toward understanding the individual's perspective, current difficulties with functioning and crafting a treatment plan uniquely suited to the person's needs.

Upon completion of the intake evaluation, we discuss the frequency of follow up visits.  For patients receiving medication management only, follow up visits are usually 30 minutes, and can be spaced out based on the individual's needs.
